Email Outbound GTM engineer

About the Role

We're an IT and AI services business serving several niches. Outbound starts from zero here, and you'd build and own all of it:

• What you'd own: Sending infrastructure at scale: domains, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), inboxes, warmup, rotation, deliverability monitoring, and blacklist management.
• The stack: Your choice of sequencer, data providers, and enrichment tools.
• Finding the ICP: We sell into several industries; working out which segments actually reply is your job. This includes signal-based list building and data sourcing.
• Campaigns: Writing sequences, testing offers, angles, and copy every week on LinkedIn outbound alongside email.

KPIs

You'll report the numbers that matter: positive reply rate and meetings booked, not opens.

We're looking for someone with:

• High-volume experience having personally run cold email at 30,000+ sends a month while keeping deliverability healthy.
• A/B testing expertise: testing one thing at a time, reading results honestly, and knowing when samples are too small to call winners.
• Excellent copywriting skills for short, specific emails that get replies; you write your own offers.
• Offer testing experience knowing weak offers can't be saved by better copy.
• Strong research skills: finding the buying signal before writing anything.

Ideal Background

1+ years running B2B cold email as a main job, ideally in SaaS or agency-side with real campaigns to US audiences. You're comfortable being the only person doing this and reporting straight to the founder.
