The Opportunity:

We are seeking candidates with expertise in managing resources and manpower using various resource management and deployment tools within EY GDS Assurance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Timely updates of resource schedules on tools like ARMS/Retain.
• Review and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
• Proactive monitoring of resource availability and requirements.
• Managing email communications and fulfilling scheduling requests within defined turnaround times.
• Optimizing resource utilization through effective schedule management.
• Performing basic reporting and analysis.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• Graduates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in resource management, workforce management, or general operations with a strong focus on resource management.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• An interest in business and commerciality.
