Loenbro, a premier construction lifecycle partner serving various industries across the U.S., is actively seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman for its operations in Centennial, Colorado. This role is critical for leading and managing a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in strict adherence to project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations, coupled with strong leadership and project coordination abilities. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary range of $41/hr - $51.50/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical crews, assigning tasks and ensuring safe, efficient, and specification-compliant work execution.
- Oversee daily crew production, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
- Train and mentor new hires and apprentices, fostering skill development.
- Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades, reviewing blueprints for effective labor and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
- Identify and resolve deficiencies with corrective actions.
- Enforce all safety policies and procedures, including conducting daily safety meetings and ensuring proper PPE usage as per OSHA and company guidelines.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and the proper use of tools and equipment.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems (wiring, circuits, transformers, distribution panels, control systems).
- Familiarity with national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Understanding of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical problems.
