Role Overview

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an EIC Apprentice for the Leasing Tenant Representation team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on commercial real estate market research, database management, and supply tracking to support brokerage and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update comprehensive databases for commercial developments and market inventory in Bengaluru.
• Conduct online research and field visits to track project timelines, layouts, and availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, landlords, and internal brokerage teams, to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare detailed availability decks and market reports to support Occupier RFPs and pitch submissions.
• Monitor market trends and provide analytical support for commercial leasing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Previous experience in market research or real estate is preferred.
