Role: Editorial Assistant / Data Labeling Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Data Labeling Specialist. In this remote role, you will review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets essential for advancing artificial intelligence models. You will play a pivotal part in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate, categorize, and validate large-scale multimodal datasets according to strict project guidelines.
• Review AI model outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic coherence, alignment with brand voice, and formatting correctness.
• Identify edge cases, labeling ambiguities, and data inconsistencies to help improve our internal taxonomies.
• Maintain high accuracy standards, quality benchmarks, and daily throughput goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong reading comprehension, and analytical evaluation skills.
• Prior experience in data annotation, quality assurance (QA), content review, or similar roles is preferred but not strictly mandatory if you have the relevant portfolio.
• Native or professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal) – essential for processing diverse datasets.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup with minimal distractions.
