About the Role

Bioport Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack eCommerce Developer with robust Node.js backend development, database architecture, AI integration, and business development expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, strategy, and growth. You will be instrumental in building scalable web applications, optimizing performance, and directly contributing to revenue growth and client acquisition within our Delhi-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Architect and build scalable backend systems utilizing Node.js.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Create dynamic and responsive frontends with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop custom eCommerce functionalities including catalog management, shopping cart, checkout processes, and order tracking.
• Integrate various payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data security measures.

Database & App Architecture

• Design and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop scalable inventory and ERP-style backend systems.
• Optimize database queries for high-traffic performance.
• Implement caching mechanisms, with a preference for Redis.
• Manage cloud hosting environments on platforms like AWS and DigitalOcean.

AI & Automation Integration

• Integrate AI chatbots to enhance customer service capabilities.
• Implement AI-driven product recommendation engines.
• Develop automation tools to streamline marketing workflows.
• Leverage AI APIs from providers such as OpenAI and TensorFlow.
• Build internal AI tools for advanced analytics, including pricing analysis, competitor tracking, and demand forecasting.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Support pre-sales technical discussions and client consultations.
• Effectively convert inbound leads into development contracts.
• Propose and implement technical upgrades to drive client revenue growth.
• Assist in the creation of compelling proposals and pricing strategies.
• Identify and pursue new B2B eCommerce opportunities.
• Optimize conversion funnels and analyze key performance metrics.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong database design and management skills (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in API development and integrating third-party services.
• Foundational knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and deployment.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools and APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker is a plus.
