Earn Growth Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for marketing, business development, growth, and product operations for Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Simple Earn products.
• Plan and manage campaign schedules, overseeing end-to-end execution.
• Identify and cultivate marketing collaboration opportunities with external partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), VIP clients, local markets, and various other channels.
• Collaborate effectively with large, cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product operations and successful execution of growth plans.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives through data analysis.
• Manage regional amplification efforts, VIP Earn initiatives, protocol partnerships, and growth pipelines from start to finish.
• Act as the Direct Responsible Person (DRP) or Point of Contact (POC) for ecosystem protocols and partners on growth initiatives and significant partnership deals within the Earn portfolio.
• Regularly develop marketing and growth strategies with the team to increase Total Value Locked (TVL) for Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Simple Earn.
• Monitor and assist in resolving issues related to Liquid Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Simple Earn by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support growth initiatives by analyzing local market dynamics, monitoring competitors, and identifying opportunities to enhance regional presence and maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure flawless execution and accountability across campaigns, growth initiatives, partnerships, and handovers, prioritizing execution discipline while valuing creativity.

Requirements:

• A strong understanding of DeFi, Crypto, and Web3 is essential, coupled with robust business acumen and a proactive approach to researching industry insights.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product growth, marketing, business development, or operations within the crypto, DeFi, or related sectors.
• A proven ability to independently execute campaigns and growth initiatives at both global and local levels.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within large teams and managing partner relations is necessary.
• Familiarity with and understanding of Binance’s Core Values .
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accountability, as errors can have significant business impact.
• Openness to feedback and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Flawless execution and follow-through are critical; creative ideas are encouraged but must be supported by consistent execution.
• Full ownership of tasks and outcomes, going beyond mere input. A self-learning mindset enabling independent work and end-to-end problem resolution as a DRP/POC.
