Job Title: Early Professional, Digital Solutions

WSP is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior AI Developer with 1-2 years of expertise in Generative AI. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in building Generative AI solutions using Azure, demonstrable knowledge of Agent AI, and a comprehensive understanding of open-source LLMs. Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), document extraction, and knowledge management techniques is essential. Additionally, experience with commercial LLM models such as GPT within the Azure AI Foundry is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Azure platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models.
• Work on Agent AI projects, ensuring the integration and optimization of AI agents.
• Utilize commercial LLMs such as GPT within Azure AI Foundry for various AI applications and projects.
• Apply NLP techniques to process and analyze large datasets.
• Implement document extraction techniques for data processing and management.
• Leverage knowledge management techniques to enhance AI models and solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure best practices in AI development.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, NLP, and related technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions.
• Proficient in using Azure for AI development and deployment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Agent AI.
• Experience with commercial LLMs such as GPT within Azure AI Foundry is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience with document extraction techniques.
• Knowledge of knowledge management techniques.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other AI platforms and frameworks.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Understanding of data preprocessing and data engineering.
