Role Overview

The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard is seeking early career researchers for the Computational Associate I position. This role focuses on analyzing large datasets, developing statistical models and analytical tools, collaborating with research experts, troubleshooting data issues, and contributing to broader research goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and refine scripts to process and analyze large datasets while using new ways to explore data.
• Conceive, implement, and test statistical models.
• Interface and collaborate with scientists, clinicians, and experimental experts at the Broad and with external partners.
• Troubleshoot problems under mentorship support to ensure high-quality data control.
• Participate in regular lab meetings, contribute to team discussions, support research goals, and potentially co-author publications.
