Deloitte is seeking an immediate joiner with 9+ years of experience for an urgent requirement in Pune. This role focuses on a Lead Engineer position with expertise in Java, Kafka, Flink, K streams, Mongo, and Openshift. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, real-time D2C Reporting APIs on an ODS platform, enabling near-real-time client reporting and event-driven consumption. This involves providing technical leadership for Java-based microservices, streaming pipelines using Kafka, Flink, and Kafka Streams, and managing persistent data stores with MongoDB. Key responsibilities include owning solution design, ensuring non-functional resilience, and production readiness on OpenShift, as well as mentoring engineers and adhering to enterprise streaming and API standards. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. The base location for this role is Pune.
