About The Opportunity

The DYNATRACE PLATFORM ENGINEER role is designed to enhance observability practices by configuring and optimizing the Dynatrace Unified Observability Platform. This position plays a critical role in extending monitoring capabilities into SAP environments and various cloud infrastructures, directly impacting the organization's ability to improve application performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and customization of the PowerConnect App within Dynatrace for SAP observability.
• Customize and maintain dashboards, log processing, and metric extraction for SAP landscapes.
• Onboard applications, infrastructure, and cloud workloads including AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerting profiles, workflows, and analytics using Dynatrace Query Language and Grail.
• Monitor performance and availability; lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis with AI-driven insights.
• Configure Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring, APM, and Log Monitoring.
• Conduct health assessments and architecture reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Slack.
