Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Contact Center & Copilot Studio Developer. This key role focuses on configuring advanced Dynamics 365 contact center capabilities and building intelligent AI conversational agents.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Architecting automation workflows using the Power Platform, Dataverse & Power Automate.
• Configuring omnichannel/contact center solutions for optimal routing and user experiences.
• Developing AI conversational agents with seamless bot-to-human handoff configurations.
• Implementing integrations across SharePoint, external APIs, and Enterprise knowledge bases.
• Leveraging JavaScript for customizing Dynamics 365 forms to enhance functionality.
• Mastering prompt engineering to generate precise case/conversation summaries automatically.
