Position Overview

Dice is seeking an experienced Dynamic Developer based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in robust Back End Web Development. This role bridges the gap between complex technical work and user-friendly visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, C#, PHP, Ruby).
• Ensure website performance is current, secure, and adheres to best development practices regarding session management and security.
• Prototype, deploy, and manage back-end web applications utilizing open-source tools like Python/Django or Rails.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate relational/non-relational database systems (SQL Server).
• Leverage scalable search technologies such as ElasticSearch to handle large datasets efficiently.

Collaboration & Methodology

• Work within agile team environments using Scrum or Lean methodologies.
• Utilize version control systems (Git/GitHub) and Azure DevOps for seamless collaboration.
• Engage in Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality.

Mandatory Qualifications

You must possess strong coding skills in .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server 2012+, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Proficiency in creating Stored Procedures, Reporting Services packages, and debugging ASP.NET applications using C# is required.

• Minimum of 3+ years experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Solid expertise with Azure DevOps for team collaboration (1+ year).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and develop functional requirements.
