DWS AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end development of AI-driven digital workplace solutions, from concept to deployment.

Profile Summary

You will be responsible for developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for digital workplace solutions that enhance productivity, user experience, efficiency, and automation. Acting as a liaison and product owner for external development teams, you will scale MVPs into full-featured products. Collaboration with the CTO and the CTO organization is key for designing product architecture and ensuring solutions align with the company's long-term technical strategy.

Job Responsibilities

MVP Development

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable MVPs for AI-powered digital workplace products.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications, collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Break down technical specifications into features and document them for project teams.
• Ensure products are secure by design and comply with global privacy laws by working with security & privacy compliance teams.
• Select appropriate technologies and frameworks for optimal efficiency and performance.
• Build core product functionality, including frontend, backend logic, and database systems, utilizing frontend frameworks and backend APIs.

AI and Machine Learning Integration

• Design and implement AI and machine learning models for predictive and proactive capabilities.
• Perform synthetic data simulation, data preparation, model training, and integrate AI services into products.
• Leverage tools and APIs for data analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and create automated workflows.

Technical Leadership & Liaison

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for internal and external development teams.
• Liaise with partners (e.g., ServiceNow, Lakeside) and ISVs (e.g., Yellow.AI) for capability integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the stack; perform code reviews.
• Actively participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance for on-time product development.
• Articulate complex technical concepts and product prerequisites to implementation teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Programming Languages

• Expertise in multiple languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, .NET, Go) and associated frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

AI/ML Expertise

• Extensive hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
• Experience with AI libraries and platforms (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Practical experience integrating AI models via APIs.

Full-Stack Capabilities

• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful full-stack projects, with expertise in frontend, backend, and database technologies.

Design Collaboration

• Proficiency in modern design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Communication Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead remote teams and present technical information clearly.

Problem-Solving Ability

• Creative and pragmatic problem-solver, capable of rapid prototyping in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 8-10 years of development experience, including AI/ML, with a strong portfolio in enterprise SaaS or digital workplace products.
• Prior experience in a startup-like environment or rapid prototyping roles.

Qualifications Required

• Technical bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio or public code repository (e.g., GitHub).
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices and tools.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working directly under executive leadership.
• Prior experience developing products for the digital workplace or enterprise SaaS market.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, or other cutting-edge AI technologies.
