Due Diligence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Due Diligence Engineer to join our team at Mahasurya Ventures India. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing lender Due Diligence and Continuous Monitoring PFR/DPR reports within established timelines. Your duties will include reviewing project designs, approvals, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, and financial models. You will also coordinate site visits and conduct performance guarantee tests essential for project finalization. This position requires the ability to prepare comprehensive technical and commercial reports, assess feasibility, and ensure the smooth execution of renewable energy projects.
