Von Maur, a cherished family-owned retail establishment in Albany, New York, is actively seeking a motivated Dry Goods Keyholder to join our dynamic team at Crossgates Mall. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring seamless store operations and elevating the customer journey through genuine engagement and comprehensive product expertise. As a Keyholder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing procedures, alongside fulfilling all responsibilities of a sales associate, including achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships. You will also play a part in merchandising by unpacking and displaying stock, maintaining store visual appeal and cleanliness, and contributing to the training of new team members. This full-time, onsite position offers flexible scheduling, requiring availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
