Job Summary

Serve as an AI augmented .Net Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance web and cloud applications using the .NET framework, ASP.NET Core Web API, React.js, Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Azure services. Utilize Agentic AI solutions through GenAI tools like Devin and Claude to build secure, scalable, and resilient platforms that support complex cards and payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services using ASP.NET Core Web API and .NET Framework to deliver secure and scalable business capabilities for enterprise applications in a hybrid work model.
• Implement and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL and SQL to ensure high-performance data access patterns and reliable transaction processing for complex workloads.
• Configure and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka to enable resilient messaging pipelines and near real-time data integration across distributed systems.
• Create responsive and maintainable user interfaces with React.js that deliver intuitive digital experiences, supporting accessibility and usability across modern browsers.
• Integrate Python-based components and scripts to automate data processing workflows and enhance analytics-driven features for operational and strategic decisions.
• Leverage Azure cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and resource optimization to ensure applications remain scalable, available, and cost-efficient under varying demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a day shift hybrid environment to refine requirements, estimate effort, and translate business needs into well-structured technical solutions.
• Apply secure coding practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and unit testing to safeguard sensitive information and reduce defects before release into production environments.
• Participate in system design and architectural discussions to align technical decisions with company objectives and support the long-term maintainability of core platforms.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines by improving build automation, test coverage, and release practices to shorten delivery cycles and enhance reliability.
• Investigate production issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing durable fixes that improve system stability and strengthen customer confidence in services.
• Document technical designs, APIs, and operational procedures with clear, maintainable artifacts that help teams onboard quickly and support sustainable knowledge sharing.
• Engage proactively in innovation and optimization initiatives to enhance cards and payments capabilities where applicable and deliver measurable value for customers and society.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate seven to eleven years of experience as a software engineer with a consistent record of delivering complex enterprise applications in hybrid work environments.
• Show strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API and .NET Framework for building secure, performant, and modular backend services aligned with modern development practices.
• Exhibit advanced skills in SQL and PostgreSQL, including query optimization, indexing, and transaction management to support high-volume data operations.
• Display hands-on experience with Kafka for implementing publish-subscribe patterns, stream processing, and reliable integration between microservices.
• Provide solid experience with React.js to create modular and testable front-end components that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and deliver responsive interfaces.
• Ppresent practical experience with Python for automation, data transformation, and utility scripting that complements core application capabilities.
• Illustrate working knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Storage, and monitoring tools to design and operate cloud-based solutions efficiently.
• Highlight understanding of cards and payments domain concepts as a valuable plus, including transaction flows, authorization, settlement, and associated compliance considerations.
• Emphasize familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools to participate effectively in sprint planning, code reviews, and iterative delivery.
• Show commitment to quality through experience with testing frameworks, performance tuning, and observability practices that maintain reliability at scale.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills applied to debugging complex issues and proposing clear, actionable technical improvements.
• Display effective communication and documentation abilities that foster alignment within diverse teams and support clear handoffs across global stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate. Optional PostgreSQL or Kafka related credentials are also valued.
