DotNet FSD Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced C# .NET developer (5-7 years) to design, build, and innovate with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and automation. You will join a team committed to delivering high-quality solutions through Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, and extensive automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of .NET Core, C#, design patterns, SOLID principles, and various architectural patterns in OOP environments.
• Create highly complex, scalable, and robust software solutions with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Leverage experience with database systems (SQL), Web APIs, Kafka, Angular or React for front-end integration, and microservices architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• TDD & Automation: Extensive hands-on development using the latest versions of .NET and C#, with strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (SCRUM).
• Architecture: Expert understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural strategies.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Ability to lead workshops, mentor junior team members, solve technical challenges collaboratively, and provide constructive feedback on code and designs.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the enterprise.
