Gunaatita is seeking a skilled Dot.Net Developer for their Noida office. This role involves collaborating closely with Project Managers to understand project requirements and then applying or customizing existing technologies to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and supporting multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. Regular recording of work progress on a weekly basis and comprehensive documentation are also key responsibilities. Applicants are expected to have a strong academic record, with a minimum of 60% in Xth, XIIth, and graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers to define project needs and implement solutions using .NET technologies.
• Ensure the successful maintenance and support of multiple ongoing projects within specified timelines.
• Provide weekly updates on work progress.
• Create and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET and ADO.NET.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, HTML, and XML.
• Familiarity with front-end UI design is advantageous.
• Experience in backend software design, including SQL Server, Stored Procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C#.
• 1 to 2 years of practical, professional experience in a development role.

Required Skills:

• Ability to manage all phases of the software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
• Capability to develop large-scale web and database applications.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business users and Project Managers.
