Dot Net Fullstack Engineer

Mindera is seeking a talented Dot Net Fullstack Engineer with ReactJs experience to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You will collaborate with skilled developers to design, build, and maintain scalable applications using the .NET framework. Your role will involve implementing features, enhancing system performance, and delivering a seamless user experience to evolve our services and uphold our reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team on requirements analysis and make technical trade-off decisions at the application level.
• Define and develop solutions to technical problems within an Agile framework.
• Provide expertise in reengineering and design.
• Act as a subject matter expert in relevant technology areas.
• Follow and improve coding standards to ensure high code quality.
• Actively learn and implement new industry standards related to products, people, and processes.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies to maximize team performance.
• Proactively identify project dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, and work with the Engineering Manager/Team Lead to resolve them.

Skill-Set Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with React.Js (Typescript).
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with deep understanding of developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with unit testing and ensuring code quality.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres preferred).
• Knowledge and experience with Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of micro-services and event-driven architecture, particularly Pub/Sub.
