Dot Net Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our healthcare technology team. This position leverages AI-assisted, agentic development workflows using GitHub Copilot as a core part of your daily toolkit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Angular 15+, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot Chat, Agent Mode, and Copilot Coding Agents for feature development, testing, refactoring, and defect resolution.
• Compose clear prompts, task specifications, and repository instructions to maximize AI-assisted productivity.
• Rigorously review, test, and validate AI-generated code ensuring correctness, security, performance, and adherence to PHI/HIPAA safety standards.
• Cross-functional development across the SDLC for n-tier and Service-Oriented Architecture applications.

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of professional experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Core, Framework).
• Mandatory proficiency in Angular 15+ and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on expertise using GitHub Copilot Chat, Agent Mode, and Coding Agents.
• Strong OOP skills, architectural understanding, and SDLC experience including Git/GitHub workflows.

Healthcare Domain Requirement:

• Experience with the End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) is highly important.
• Familiarity with HL7/FHIR integrations and EMR systems is a significant advantage.
