Infosys: Domain Expert - US Healthcare in Pune

As a key member of the Infosys consulting team in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand customer challenges, diagnose complex problem areas, and architect innovative solutions. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the deployment of these solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to proposal development by owning specific sections and providing expert input on solution design.
• Plan and execute product configuration according to design specifications.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and address any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Deliver solution/product demonstrations and lead Proof of Concept (POC) or Proof of Technology workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary needs and organizational financial guidelines.
• Lead small projects and actively participate in unit and organizational initiatives to deliver high-value solutions.
• Assist clients in navigating their digital transformation journeys.
