Group 8A, a USA-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a skilled Documentation Executive (AI & Operations) to join their permanent, remote team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with 2-4 years of experience in managing structured documentation systems and client data efficiently. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to streamline internal processes and must be comfortable working in U.S. shift timings, typically from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST, while maintaining high accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage client documentation and data folders within Google Drive.
- Maintain robust structured file management systems and storage processes.
- Perform precise merging, formatting, and maintenance of documents.
- Utilize ChatGPT, AI, and LLM tools to support documentation and operational tasks.
- Ensure accurate version control and document tracking.
- Adhere strictly to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions.
- Provide essential documentation support to the operations team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, file storage systems, and document organization principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with ChatGPT, AI, and LLM tools is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured processes consistently and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to work according to U.S. working hours.
