Role Overview: Discipline Senior Engineer (Systems)

We are seeking a disciplined Systems Engineer to ensure robust design, validation, and compliance with our development plans. You will play a key role in defining internal requirements alongside customer specifications while adhering to economical targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead activities in strict compliance with the Discipline Development Plan (PG/PL).
• Review and define Internal Requirements, Customer Requirements, and Technical Specifications.
• Oversight robust design and validation processes aligned with economic goals.
• Support technical architecture assignments and enforce standardization rules.
• Actively participate in design reviews involving internal teams and suppliers.

Your Scope of Work Includes:

- Full or partial ownership of the design, integration, and validation of product blocks compliant with discipline processes.
- Support simulations, coding efforts, and comprehensive validation activities for your specific discipline.
- Perform detailed calculations including worst-case scenarios, statistical analyses, and thermal studies.
- Coordinate and support specialized testing protocols.

Management & Accountability:

• Report task progress transparently to management stakeholders.
• Escalate risks proactively to ensure project continuity.
