Juno Search Partners is seeking a strategic and experienced Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations to lead critical functions including compensation, benefits, HRIS, and overall HR operations. This pivotal role involves designing and executing comprehensive total rewards programs, optimizing our Human Capital Management (HCM) system for efficiency and scalability, and cultivating strong vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and mentoring a high-performing HR team, ensuring seamless HR operations, and driving innovative solutions that align with the company's business objectives and culture.
