You will drive technical excellence, foster innovation, build high-performing teams, and ensure efficient scaling across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineers, architects, and specialists to foster a culture of innovation.
• Define the technical vision for the AI-based Country Solutions Platform aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with country solution representatives on work organization.
• Interface with compliance partners regarding regulatory requirements.
• Arcitect scalable, secure solutions supporting multi-country deployments and localization.
• Oversight of AI/ML model design and implementation for platform functionality.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and QA processes across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs and timelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Promote Agile methodologies and drive talent development through coaching.
