Director of Corporate Development

Quinn, an Interluxe Group Company, a distinguished global lifestyle communications agency, is seeking a strategic and driven Director of Corporate Development. This pivotal role will spearhead key strategic initiatives, manage complex mergers and acquisitions, and foster collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders to accelerate organizational growth. Ideal candidates will possess a strong analytical acumen, proven expertise in corporate development, and a deep understanding of financial modeling and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead strategic initiatives, including the identification and execution of new business ventures.
• Manage end-to-end mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Conduct thorough and insightful due diligence for strategic opportunities.
• Oversee and guide financial modeling efforts to support decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic growth objectives.
• Contribute to high-level decision-making processes aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Extensive expertise in corporate development, encompassing growth strategies and mergers and acquisitions.
• Solid grounding in finance, with practical experience in financial modeling.
• In-depth understanding of due diligence methodologies for evaluating strategic opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborative abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience within the lifestyle, travel, or communications industry is highly advantageous.
• An MBA is preferred.
