CNS - BC - Supply Chain & Operations

Our Business Consulting service line helps clients reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges. We offer expertise in innovation, strategy, business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations management.

Key areas within Business Consulting include:

• Finance Consulting: Assisting clients in transforming their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness.
• Business Transformation: Designing and delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs through a multidisciplinary approach involving transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution.
• Supply Chain and Operations: Providing industry-specific insights, digital technology advancements, and strategic partnerships to improve operational performance, support sales growth, enhance cost competitiveness, minimize risk, and ensure operational resilience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Lead teams in delivering transformation programs using robotics (Blue Prism and AA mandatory; Open Span/UI Path preferred). Drive platform development and IP for EY.
• Expertise: Possess expertise in two or more of the following areas: Go-to-Market Strategy, Commercial Diligence, Business Planning, Performance Improvement of Internal Operations, Global Sourcing.
• Project Experience: Manage consulting and technology-led transformation projects.
• Business Development: Build proposals and develop value propositions to address client needs.

Skills and Attributes

• Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA from a reputed institute with a strong academic record.
• Experience: 8-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in consulting or industry. Significant expertise in at least three of the following areas: Business Transformation, Business Process Re-engineering, Market Assessment, Post-Merger Integration, Strategy and Business Planning, Sales and Marketing Improvement/Transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management/Transformation.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth domain knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: Consumer Products, Automotive, Diversified Industrial Products. Expertise in at least one of these sectors is required.
• Problem Solving: Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems, and deliver insightful, practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable approach with sustained positive energy.
