Enterprise AI Strategy

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations across all business functions to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, and intelligence-led transformation.
• Develop and manage a company-wide AI Charter, including strategy, prioritization frameworks, governance models, capability-building plans, and success metrics.
• Align a phased AI roadmap with company OKRs and long-term strategic objectives.

AI Implementation & Execution

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI solution implementation, from use-case definition to production rollout.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, predictive systems, and automation into core workflows, focusing on redesigning processes to be AI-enabled.
• Ensure all AI deployments are scalable, secure, compliant, and measurable.
• Establish structured impact tracking mechanisms to monitor adoption, performance enhancements, and ROI.

Productivity, ROI & Governance

• Drive measurable impact by reducing manual efforts, operational costs, turnaround times, and error rates.
• Quantify the business impact of each initiative and track realized value against projections.
• Implement guardrails, governance frameworks, and best practices for responsible AI adoption within the regulated crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation systems.
• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, high-growth tech startups, or consulting is preferred.

Success Metrics

• Achieve clear strategic alignment, measurable business impact, and disciplined governance.
• Launch and secure leadership alignment on an organization-wide AI Charter within 90-120 days.
• Deploy 5-10 high-impact AI initiatives into production within 12 months.
• Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in cost, productivity, risk control, or revenue.
• Report documented ROI with realized value tracked quarterly.
• Implement governance guardrails with zero major compliance or data-risk incidents.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of LLM architectures and prompting techniques.
• Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of ML pipelines and productionization.
• Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and workflow automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
