Full Job Description
Role Overview
The Director of System Design & Development - Client Experience provides leadership for teams delivering Tier III support, risk remediation, device management, engineering, and logistics. You will oversee implementations to ensure technology investments meet business requirements, partner with multiple business units on detailed designs, and own end-to-end IT service domains including design, delivery, lifecycle management, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of design, planning, documentation, and execution for client hardware-based solutions.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to foster innovation in building network solutions.
- Direct end-to-end delivery across enterprise domains aligned with business strategy.
- Support executive leadership on strategic advice regarding client-centric solutions.
- Govern service offering frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience plus 11 years of relevant work history. Requires demonstrated ability to manage engineering portfolios, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 13+ years of experience.
- Experience managing Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices, thin clients, print solutions, conference room tools, and related infrastructure.
