EY GDS Assurance Digital is seeking a Machine Learning Developer for a Staff position in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will leverage advanced machine learning techniques to create innovative, high-impact models and solutions that drive business growth and deliver significant value. You will collaborate with sector and service line professionals to develop analytics-enabled solutions, integrating data science with business objectives to extract meaningful insights from data. This full-time, permanent role involves the entire ML lifecycle: data analysis, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment, addressing real-world business challenges.

Work Locations: Kochi, Chennai, Noida, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, TVM.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/MCA & MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with relevant industry experience.

Technical Skills:

• Development and implementation of machine learning models (regression, classification like XGBoost, Random Forest, clustering).
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights.
• Application of dimension reduction techniques for model enhancement and interpretability.
• Utilizing statistical models for business solutions.
• Model evaluation and validation for robustness.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with Time Series Forecasting.
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Airflow, Docker) is a plus.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to grasp complex ML concepts and apply technology for data modeling, analysis, visualization, and process automation.
• Skilled in selecting appropriate ML tasks, methods, tools, and frameworks.
• Effective collaborator in cross-functional teams and capable of independent work on complex ML projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic approach to solving ML challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
