Role Overview:
EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance Digital team seeks a Software Engineer to develop, implement, and integrate technology solutions for audit clients. You will work side-by-side with partners and subject matter experts to deliver disruptive tools that enhance value and efficiency in data analytics.
Location: Bangalore, India (Note: Original listing mentions Kolkata title but description specifies Bangalore role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop database, data analytics, and programming skills for audit technical knowledge.
- Handle complex regulations by gathering and analyzing large volumes of data from diverse systems.
- Create solution architecture, application development, testing, and maintenance support using Microsoft technologies (.Net Core, React/Angular).
- Utilize Azure stack (Logic Apps, Functions) and Relational Databases (MS SQL/EF Core).
Required Skills:
- 2.5 to 4.5 years of industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in MVC, .Net Core, Entity Framework, C#, VB.NET.
- Frontend expertise in React JS or Angular JS.
- Experience with Git/SVN, Unit Testing (NUnit/Moq), and Web APIs.
Senior Level Expectations:
Maintain long-term client relationships, network for business development opportunities, lead daily engagement progress, manage staff performance, and present solution architecture via PowerPoint to stakeholders. Excellent communication and Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge are required.
