The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems. You will own features end-to-end from problem framing to API deployment on the cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop REST/APIs integrating AI models into services.
- Scale applications for high-volume workloads using CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers while operating as a lead individual contributor.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Data Science. Proficiency in Python, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings), NLP, and Transformer architectures. Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, Docker/Kubernetes, MLOps/LLMOps practices, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and Agile delivery environments.
