Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into analytical problems and propose solution approaches.
• Clean, aggregate, analyze, and interpret data to extract actionable business insights.
• Manage the end-to-end AI/ML implementation lifecycle: model design, feature planning, testing, production setup, monitoring, and release management.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on deploying AI Proofs of Concepts (POCs) and scaling them into production applications.
• Develop data extraction techniques for complex documents (PDF, Word) including entity and table extraction.

Key Requirements/Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operational Research, or a related field with a strong focus on modern data architectures and processes.
• Solid Python programming skills and experience in deploying open-source models.
• Minimum of 4 years of core data science experience in areas such as:
• Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Time series Forecasting, Clustering)
• Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI models (ChatGPT, GPT4), and frameworks like LangChain and Llama Index.
• Open-source LLM frameworks (Mistral, Llama) and fine-tuning on custom datasets.
• Deep Learning (DNN, RNN, LSTM, Encoder-Decoder Models)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Text Summarization, Aspect Mining, Question Answering, Text Classification, Named Entity Recognition (NER), Language Translation, Natural Language Generation (NLG), Sentiment Analysis.
• Computer Vision: Image Classification, Object Detection, Tracking.
• SQL/NoSQL Databases and data manipulation.
• API Deployment (Flask/FastAPI/Azure Function Apps), web app creation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven project management experience and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized, self-sufficient, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources.
• A resilient disposition to encourage discipline within team behaviors.
