Franklin Templeton's central AI team is seeking a GenAI Product Manager to lead the development of our generative AI solutions. This critical role involves navigating complex environments, collaborating across autonomous teams, and translating user needs into impactful product features. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing AI product lifecycles from ideation to execution in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to define and deliver impactful AI product features.
- Act as the primary liaison between users and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize user feedback and market insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- Lead the product development process, including roadmap creation and agile execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align priorities for timely delivery.
- Contribute to shaping the company's AI strategy to maintain market competitiveness.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation in generative AI solutions to address real business needs and deliver measurable value.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in product management, preferably with a focus on AI, machine learning, or advanced technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Demonstrated autonomy and ownership.
- Strong understanding of both the engineering and research science aspects of AI product development.
- Experience with agile methodologies and managing the full product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern AI tools.
- Exceptional adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to support collaboration with US-based teams. Flexibility to accommodate business needs and work-life balance is available.
