SG Analytics is seeking a highly skilled Digital Monitoring Senior Analyst to join our team in Chennai. This pivotal role involves leading the transformation of monitoring processes from manual to automated, data-driven solutions, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and business integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate and Monitor: Spearhead the transition to automated, data-driven monitoring systems utilizing industry-standard tools, moving away from manual processes.
• Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify control gaps and policy breaches, providing strong data-backed evidence to support audit completions and uphold business integrity.
• Lead Projects: Take ownership of complex analytical projects, guiding them from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring tangible economic value is delivered.
• Generate Insights: Develop sophisticated analytical methodologies to detect patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies, translating these findings into actionable business strategies.
• Collaborate and Influence: Effectively communicate technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Mentor Team Members: Provide active coaching to junior analysts and contribute to internal training programs, fostering competency development within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Possess 2 to 5 years of practical experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or Reporting solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level command of Python, SQL, SAS, and Teradata. Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA are essential.
• Domain Knowledge: Hold a solid understanding of the Banking sector, including Cards, Loans, Deposits, or Wealth Management. Familiarity with Audit or Data Quality frameworks is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving capabilities, a strong client focus, and a proactive, techno-functional approach.
• Preferred Skills: Prior experience with Tableau, SAS on Mainframe, or Big Data/Hadoop environments will be considered a plus.
