Digital Marketing & UI/UX Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage digital marketing activities and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our crypto exchange, digital banking, and fintech products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, user experience design, and modern design tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage company social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other platforms relevant to the Delhi job market.
• Create engaging marketing creatives, promotional banners, product graphics, and campaign content for fintech audiences.
• Develop SEO strategies tailored to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility in India.
• Create high-quality marketing content specifically for crypto exchange platforms, digital banking services, payment solutions, and broader fintech products.
• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps serving users in the region.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Specialize in designing dashboards, onboarding screens, trading interfaces, wallet management screens, and seamless banking-related user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure accurate design implementation across all platforms.
• Maintain consistent branding standards across websites, digital products, presentations, and marketing channels operating in Delhi and beyond.

Skills required :

• SEO best practices including keyword research for the Indian market and on-page optimization techniques.
• Social media marketing expertise with strategic content planning across major platforms.
• Data analysis using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and social media analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads for targeted campaign management in India.
• Creative copywriting skills with a focus on SEO-driven content creation, comprehensive campaign reporting, and effective lead generation strategies.
• Proficiency in Figma alongside a strong understanding of UI design principles, UX research methodologies, wireframing techniques, and prototyping best practices.
• Expertise in responsive web and mobile app design tailored for diverse devices used across India.
