Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team working with a top-tier advertising agency based in Gurgaon. This role focuses on planning and optimizing paid Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) to drive conversions and improve ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across all formats.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and precise audience targeting for the Gurgaon market.
• Optimize bidding strategies to enhance CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, CPC, CPA, and performance metrics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on high-converting landing pages.
• Analyze data trends to prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Execute A/B testing to continuously improve lead quality while reducing cost per acquisition.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns via Google Ads.
• Strong expertise in keyword match types, negative keywords, and bidding strategies.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analytical reporting.
