NDR Group is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sector 37, Faridabad (Delhi NCR). This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience, preferably within the real estate industry, looking to drive lead generation and enhance our digital presence.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns, digital advertising, content creation, SEO, and CRM activities for our real estate projects. The goal is to generate high-quality leads and improve cost per lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality real estate leads and work towards reducing the Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, and website tracking.
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Perform graphic designing and video editing using the Adobe Suite.
- Track CRM leads and coordinate effectively with the sales team.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide ROI reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream, with a preference for Marketing or Business.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
