Digital Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who knows what works on each social platform, makes email a channel that performs, and uses AI as part of everyday work. You'll plan, create and measure campaigns across social media and email, and support paid ads.

• Plan and run social media strategy across platforms, tailoring content to each one
• Use AI tools daily for research, content ideas, copy, visuals and reporting, and check every output before it goes live
• Build email marketing strategies, from audience segments to campaign calendars
• Write engaging emails that drive opens, clicks and action
• Track and analyse performance across social and email, and turn results into clear next steps
• Support paid ad campaigns with basic setup, monitoring and reporting
