Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager based in Chennai to lead our online presence and patient acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary driver for our digital brand visibility and growth initiatives.
• Manage social media platforms across relevant channels.
• Maintain, optimize, and update the clinic's website to ensure performance and user experience.
• Execute highly targeted paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Oversee lead flow management from generation through appointment conversion optimization.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in digital marketing within aesthetic clinics, dermatology, or cosmetic healthcare settings.
• Skills: Proficiency in social media management, website administration, and paid ad platforms. Proven ability to track, analyze, and optimize lead pipelines for maximum ROI.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the talent to create engaging content specifically tailored for aesthetic and skincare patients.
