Digital Marketing Executive

We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing based in Hyderabad (On-site).

• Google Ads: Expertise required in Search, Display, PMax campaigns, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Meta Ads: Proficiency with Facebook & Instagram ads, audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• SEO & Analytics: Experience in technical SEO basics (GSC), GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI, event tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Performance Metrics: Ability to optimize ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and budget allocation.
• CRO & Automation: Skills in landing page optimization, lead funnels, email/WhatsApp campaigns, CRM integrations, and ASO for mobile apps.

Must-Have: Strong practical expertise in setting up campaigns from scratch with deep technical understanding of ad platforms to independently execute and troubleshoot optimizations. Opportunity to build a portfolio across diverse marketing channels within a young, creative team environment.
