Digital Marketing Executive Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and motivated freshers to join our Digital Marketing team. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B and B2C product marketing, social media management, digital advertising, SEO, content creation, and lead generation.

No prior professional experience is mandatory; comprehensive training and guidance are provided by senior mentors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C products within the Indian market context.
• Manage social media activities across major platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to drive engagement.
• Support high-quality B2B lead generation through targeted LinkedIn outreach, email marketing sequences, and comprehensive online research tailored for Chennai-based operations.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts and promotional content that resonate with local audiences.
• Assist with SEO best practices, keyword research relevant to the Indian digital landscape, and website optimization efforts.
• Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns under team guidance to maximize ROI for our clients in Chennai region.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research focusing on emerging trends in the South Indian tech sector.
• Assist with email marketing automation and customer engagement campaigns designed to nurture leads effectively.
• Track website traffic, campaign performance metrics, and social media engagement using industry-standard tools.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly marketing reports for stakeholders based on data-driven insights.
• Coordinate closely with sales and design teams to support integrated marketing initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts applicable in today's competitive market.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
• Creativity, research acumen, and analytical thinking to solve real-world challenges.
• Basic knowledge of SEO strategies, SEM principles, and online advertising methods.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for content production.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Educational Qualification

Any graduate degree is acceptable, including BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BA, or BE/B.Tech. An MBA in Marketing is considered an added advantage for accelerated career progression.

Preferred Skills

• Digital marketing certification from recognized institutions.
• Internship experience in digital agencies or tech startups.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads platforms, and Google Analytics tools.
• Understanding of B2B lead generation methodologies and B2C product promotion strategies.
• Practical skills in content writing, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.
