Job Title: PPC Executive (Performance Marketer)
Location: Ahmedabad – AIS Technolabs
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven PPC Executive who is passionate about performance marketing. This role is for an individual who lives and breathes performance metrics, excels at aggressively scaling campaigns, and takes full accountability for every rupee spent. If you are not fluent in terms like ROAS, CAC, and conversions, this position may not be the right fit.
Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Aggressively scale successful campaigns while meticulously managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Conduct daily optimizations of campaigns, bids, audiences, and creatives.
- Develop and implement high-converting funnels, retargeting systems, and advanced audience strategies.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Perform in-depth tracking, attribution analysis, and performance evaluation, eliminating guesswork.
- Drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue, focusing on tangible business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
What We Expect:
- 2-3 years of intensive, hands-on PPC campaign management experience.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with LinkedIn Ads is a significant advantage.
- A deep understanding of marketing funnels, not just individual campaigns.
- A data-centric approach to decision-making, prioritizing insights over opinions.
- The ability to quickly diagnose and resolve underperforming campaigns.
- Comfort and capability in being directly accountable for campaign results.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in campaign structuring, advanced bidding strategies, and budget scaling.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Experience in remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- A strong analytical mindset coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in B2B marketing or lead generation environments.
- Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns with significant budget responsibility.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
