Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate for our Pune-based SaaS startup. This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO where you will own marketing operations remotely within India (Remote / Work from Home). You will transition lead generation into booked product demos and build an organic traffic engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end lead-generation campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Optimize for demo bookings rather than just clicks or impressions.
• Creative Production: Design ad creatives in Canva and edit short-form video reels using CapCut to create scroll-stopping content that resonates with SMB owners.
• Websites & SEO: Build high-converting landing pages, manage website updates for speed and UX, conduct keyword research, handle on-page/technical SEO, and grow organic inbound traffic.
• Social Media: Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to build trust with business owners through educational content.
• Email & WhatsApp: Write copy and manage campaigns on our automation platform (supporting role).
• Analytics: Own tracking implementation via GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, and Search Console. Provide weekly reports to the CEO focusing on cost per demo and organic growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven lead-gen results on Meta/Google Ads (LinkedIn is a plus).
• Proficiency with tools: Canva, CapCut, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Data-first mindset capable of explaining campaign performance and optimizing budgets responsibly.

Earnings & Expectations

Salary Range: 4.2 – 5.4 LPA (Fixed in hand). Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred.
