Digital Lead Generation Executive (Zero-Budget Growth Hacker) – 100% Remote
Company: Next Square Feet is a leading real estate tech platform specializing in property listing subscription plans for owners, agents, and builders. We need a skilled Digital Lead Generation Expert to generate high-quality leads organically—without spending on ads. Ideal candidates will leverage free AI tools, organic social media, and data mining to fill our sales pipeline.
Role Overview: This is for scrapy, creative individuals who can monetize free tools and organic methods. You must excel in generating 50-100 quality leads per week using platforms like Facebook Groups, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Quora, Reddit, and property forums. Your responsibilities include:
- Zero-Budget Lead Generation: Generate 50-100 quality leads weekly using organic methods.
- Data Mining & Research: Extract and clean databases of property owners, agents, and builders from free sources like Google Maps, JustDial, 99acres, Magicbricks, and Facebook Groups.
- AI & Automation Expertise: Use free AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Hunter, Canva) for content creation, lead scraping, email writing, and follow-up sequences.
- Automation & Tools: Set up basic automations (Make/Zapier, Apify, PhantomBuster) to streamline workflows.
- Content & Outreach: Craft compelling cold DMs, WhatsApp messages, and emails to convert leads.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports on lead sources, volume, and quality; conduct weekly experiments to optimize performance.
Who Should Apply:
- 1-4 years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or B2C sales.
- Proven track record of generating leads with zero ad spend.
- Expertise in data mining, Google Search operators, and free AI tools.
- Strong copywriting skills for DMs and emails.
- Hustler mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed: ₹10,000/month (based on experience) + Performance Bonus: ₹2,000–₹5,000/month for hitting monthly targets. Promotion to 'Growth Expert' in 6 months based on results.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM (100% Remote).
