Digital Creative Designer (UI/UX & Social Media) - Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad

VRT Management Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Creative Designer specializing in UI/UX and social media for their on-site, full-time position in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad. This role is crucial for enhancing our digital presence and customer engagement by creating visually stunning, user-friendly landing pages and engaging social media content, including carousels, banners, and short videos.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design and improve user interfaces for landing pages, microsites, and web components.
• Develop responsive layouts optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure design consistency and functionality.
• Conduct usability checks and optimize designs for conversions (CRO mindset).

Creative and Social Media Design

• Create compelling social media posts, carousels, and banners for various campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all visual assets.
• Partner with the marketing team to effectively visualize campaign ideas.

Basic Video Editing

• Produce short promotional and explainer videos for campaigns and website use.
• Edit reels, testimonials, and motion graphics using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.

Brand and Asset Management

• Manage the design asset library and maintain up-to-date visuals.
• Support content and marketing teams with design needs for ads, emailers, and landing pages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX or creative design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for UI design.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for social media graphics.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and design systems.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI designs and creative visual assets.

Work Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad (On-site)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
