DevSecOps Engineer

About the Role

WTW is recruiting a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our Health & Benefits business team. As a full-time member of the DevSecOps group, you will automate build processes, infrastructure configuration management, and continuous integration (CI) across multiple software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality in-house build systems for enterprise platforms. Build automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, etc.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop IaC solutions using Bicep or similar technologies to enforce security automation standards and best practices.
• Platform Support: Troubleshoot issues in dev/test/prod environments. Manage Windows-based platforms, .NET applications, IIS configuration, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Database Administration (SQL Server): Perform query tuning, manage backups/maintenance jobs, handle encryption/decryption tasks, and ensure secure data handling.
• Cloud & Monitoring: Conduct cloud monitoring, metrics analysis, performance assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to empower software deployment velocity while maintaining organizational standards.
