The Role

As a DevOps Engineer (Senior Associate) within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement robust software solutions, and provide comprehensive training and support to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, focus on building meaningful connections with clients and deepening your understanding of the business context while guiding others through complex situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI for automated build, test, and deployment across environments.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS/GKE) and Docker.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and Datadog.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Understand database operations across RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB including backups and failover strategies.

Requirements

You must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, CyberSecurity, IT Management Information Systems. At least 5 years of experience is required with strong oral/written English proficiency.
