Accenture is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer for their Pune, Maharashtra location. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust development tools and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), cloud technologies (including Microsoft Azure DevOps, AWS, and Google Cloud), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm). You will be instrumental in building and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system security and optimizing performance. Collaboration with diverse teams is key to driving efficiency and security throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and strategic direction.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth and capability enhancement.
  • Actively monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of CI/CD pipelines.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud service providers such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, including Python or Bash.
  • Solid knowledge of security best practices within a DevOps environment.

Additional Information

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Microsoft Azure DevOps is required.
  • This position is based at our office in Pune, Maharashtra.
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
